I applied for their graduate programme in January 2014 and I got invited to two face-to-face interviews two weeks later. One of the interviews was with a member of HR and the other one was with two qualified forensic accountants. I successfully passed the first interview and was invited to attend their assessment centre in February 2014. There was a paper-based numerical skills test and they also wanted to assess my Excel skills. Additionally, I had to draft a piece of advice in response to a written report.
