I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Alvarez & Marsal (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
The total process from initial HR screen to offer letter took around 2 months. First five interviews were 30-45 minutes phone calls with SDs/MDs--- mostly asking about work history/what motivates you/assessing culture fit. One of these initial calls included a brief case study where you're asked to talk through thought pattern and structure (nothing crazy). After completing the first five calls, HR contacted me about two weeks later letting me know that they would like to move forward with the interview process, and would be setting up video interviews. I completed three or four of these video interviews with MDs the following week, and received a verbal offer shortly after.
