The process went smoothly. It consisted of three/ four steps. After passing an initial telephone interview, there are two more technical interviews focusing on both competency and technical questions (general economic insights and case studies). The final step is expected to be with the partner.

Online application, Phone Interview, Online Tests, next stage would have been assessment centre/face to face interview I believe. About three weeks after the phone interview had a call with the hiring manager letting me know they had filled the role, but gave great feedback and advice for future applications.
