The first round was a 30-minute behavioral interview, one-on-one with someone at the firm. Then I heard back a week or so later and got a second-round which was another 30-minute behavioral interview with two interviewers. It took them over a month and a half to get back to me about the position, and they kept pushing back dates and not responding to me
