The process is very simple and easy. You start off with a recruiter interview on the phone, and then you will get a zoom interview with another recruiter. After that you will have a “super day” which is 3 45 min interviews all after each other with managers and senior partners. After that the final round is an 30 min interview with a partner. Overall the interview process is very easy and if you’re a people’s person who knows your own story well you will do great.
