3 ünterviews with partners and one interview with hr, quite chill, some cases and personal exp questions but nothing difficult or surprising, focus on experiences, salary is not as good as expectes

I had a 4-round interview process, with the first two rounds with senior directors and the last two rounds with managing directors. There were a lot of finance-related questions, and during one round, I was asked to draw a detailed scheme of an LBO (leveraged buyout) deal, showcasing all steps of the deal for all involved parties. The last two rounds focused more on fit-related questions and a few brainteasers.
