Eerst een belafspraak met iemand van de afdeling, dit was voor een kennismakingsgesprek, daarna een videocall met afdelingshoofd voor een solllicitatiegesprek, daarna een interview met afdelingsmanager (sollicitatiegesprek) op hun lokatie.

In total, the worst experience ever, even if I've appreciated every interview separately. 5 interviews with 7 people (including 2DM) for NOT a senior position in a support function, with no formal reply at the end (of course i've stoped counting on them after one week of silence, no courtesy to drop a line) = Incredible waste of time, mine and especially all others. The process is just ridiculous.
The process took 5 interviews and was long but worth it. I think company’s should make the interview process less so it won’t take a month to get hired, it takes away from the experience
