I interviewed in July/August 2024 for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. Simple and straight forward 2 step process - HR and Hiring team. Interviewers were friendly and warm. The technical interview went well, and relevant questions were asked BUT they ghosted me, even after following up with HR for an update. Very unfortunate and I still dont understand why organisations and recruiters do this. I consider it to be highly unprofessional and a huge red flag
