The interview process is not planned properly. The Talent Acquisation person is incompitant to call the least. They will call you in the evening one day and randommly schedule the interview the very next morning. Moreover there is no conversation/passing of information in between two interview rounds, even when they have already taken months to finalise the results fromm the first round of interview.
I had a phone screen, then four interviews with team members, then a take home case study, then two more interviews with team members (MDs). After all that, I got an offer.
