I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alvarez & Marsal in Jun 2025
Interview
It was pretty unpleasant. I applied through their official website and was invited to the first round of interviews with their director. After the interview, though everything seemed to go quite well, I received a rejection letter three days later. However, three weeks later, the HR team reached out to me again, asking me to join another interview and proceed with my application. The whole process seems quite confusing and chaotic.
