Alvarez & Marsal Senior Associate interview questions

Interview was pretty straightforward. I Initially spoke with HR, then did two Zoom interviews with current team members (increasing with seniority). The total process took about 2-3 weeks from the first to the last call.

It is an extremely long process and one for me that took 2 months. The recruitment team disappeared on me and would not hear from them in weeks, there were multiple occasions where I assumed I had not go to the next round. You have a call with somebody in HR/Talent Team and they run through your CV. Second round interview is an interview with a Senior Director and the final round a case study which is on a 13 week cash flow.
