First there was a small talk about the company and a brief description about your job role. Then an online assessment testing your knowledge in English which includes paraphrasing, fill up blanks, etc. . Next is a typing test followed by versant English test where you listen to different audios in different accents and you have to type it. Then is Email writing with a situation given. After that a written test to check your fluency in Hindi where you have to know how to spell words in Hindi and also to write them (grammar). Next is GD to speak on a topic given in Hindi. If selected you get to HR round which is face to face interview. PS: there is elimination after each round.

The interview process was very smooth and easy. I appeared for the versant and language proficiency test on friday and was called for HR round on Monday and my joining date was next monday. As smooth as that.
