Amazon Client Lead interview questions

1 phone screen and 1 on-site, phone screen was with a member of the team for 1-hour and then the on-site was an entire day meeting with up to 6 interviewees

Interview process is rigorous. It included a phone screen with a peer then a 5 hour long "loop" with back to back interviewers each with an hour interview. Primarily behavior based questions which focus on their leadership principles. One benefit is Amazon does get back to you very quickly. Their goal is within 5 days of your interview. My best advice is study the leadership principles and stick to the STAR method for answering the questions.
