I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Atla, Saarema) in Oct 2021
Interview
The most unprofessional interviews I have ever attended. The impression of a world renowned company just shattered. The recruiters who are the front line to find the talent are dismal in their abilities to handle talent. They lack basic respect and etiquette. The whole process was not very different while some interviewers made me feel relaxed others were just like there to complete their job and don’t care much about the whole essence of getting the beat out of the candidate. All in all very disappointed.
