I applied online from the Amazon website and I heard back maybe a month or so later. The first round was an online interview through HireVue. I wasn't actually speaking to a real person, I was just recording my answers. These questions were all behavioral and not very tricky. A few days later, I heard back saying I made it to the next round which consisted of 2 back-to-back phone interviews with area/operations managers from various sites. Before the second round, I had to do a math questions about allocating labor across different departments based on package demand or something like that--it wasn't impossible, but you do have to think to get it. The first phone interview was me explaining how I solved the math problem and the interviewer changing some variables and me answering those questions. The second phone interview was just a few behavioral questions about working in a team, working under tight deadlines, etc--nothing you wouldn't expect from an interview. 2 weeks later, I received an offer and I accepted! The job description and interviews don't really give you a complete idea of what the job is actually like, so do some research and ask your interviewers questions!
