Phone interview first. I was given the cliff notes version of what they’’re looking for. Opportunity for me to ask questions at the end. No questions to me about my resume or background.
Next step, interview with five people in the department. 45 min back to back. I had received 8 pages of prep materials which, was overwhelming, only to be questioned multiple times, about the application of the same Principle. (You’ll be given the 15 principles.)

Have you ever done something, without asking permission, to find candidates for a hiring manager. What was it and, what was the outcome?
When a blitz is setup for eight candidates to go through the face to face interview process, but you can only find two, what do you do? What do you tell the hiring manager? Do you plan another?

Straight to the point. Interviewer has been with Amazon for quite sometime. It baffles me how some Recruiters get jobs at these companies. As a recruiter I could tell right off the bat the interview would end poorly based off the Recruiters tone when he joined.
