I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2022
Interview
Quick and crisp. HR was most helpful always. I cleared all the rounds including bar raiser but hiring manager decided to go for other candidate. I was put up for team match.
Initial screening followed by "loops". The focus of the loops was on the leadership principles, so look them up and think about personal stories/anecdotes for each of them. The 3+ interviews are generally with people you will be working with plus 1 interview with a "bar raiser", someone who is unrelated to your work but experienced in interviews.
