During the interview, we take detailed notes: what questions we asked, what the candidate said (this has to be summarized, but we try to capture the gist), some impressions that we get (she communicated X very well; he struggled with Y).

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you didn't have enough data to make the right decision.
Hard and lengthy process. Loop interview with 5 interviewer. Each one had the different set of questions and difficult to pass. Must prepare carefully and understand the leadership principles. Would spend weeks to months to review/prepare.
Resume review, communication and analytical skills will be checked. Then Personal interview. Then HR round. The questions will be asked regarding academics, personal and professional. And also a scenario will be given where we have to give our output which helps the interviewer to check our psychometric
The interview didn't go well due to network issues from them.
Slow processing.
Didn't get mails for further information or process.
No response when we mail them.
No rescheduling of interview.
Even when we reapply for same post they won't accept.
