Interview
It was very long and tedious. Eight interviews all together -- the first two were about a week apart and the next six were over a two day period. It was grueling and I spent so much time learning all about the company and the proclaimed 12 (which actually turned out to be 14!) principles as well as come up with two unique examples each. There were also two side coaching sessions with a recruiter, which was one out of three recruiters I ended up working with. In the end, I didn't get the job and the recruiter refused to give me any feedback on why. Unless you desperately want to work here, please do not waste your time.

Hard and lengthy process. Loop interview with 5 interviewer. Each one had the different set of questions and difficult to pass. Must prepare carefully and understand the leadership principles. Would spend weeks to months to review/prepare.
Resume review, communication and analytical skills will be checked. Then Personal interview. Then HR round. The questions will be asked regarding academics, personal and professional. And also a scenario will be given where we have to give our output which helps the interviewer to check our psychometric
The interview didn't go well due to network issues from them.
