I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2021
Interview
There were total 2rounds. First was for an hour and second was for a day with a series of 4-5 loop interviews for 40mins to an hour. All situational based questions on Amazon principles.
I had fun giving these interviews, they are very sorted. Interviewers were very friendly, making sure to make you comfortable. Everything went well and I was really impressed until I had to keep waiting for 4weeks and till today I never got a feedback. If it was just one round with 30mins I would have just ignored, but the fact that I took paid leave on the day of interview and prepared it for 2 weeks on Amazon principles which they value the most and then they totally disappear on communication or just to send an automatic email with yes or no is something made me think, if this all experience was worth my time? Or do they even follow their own principles? Anyways I hope others get some interview feedback for the time invested in all this.

Tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation?
4 rounds of interviews that can be split into two days or one consisting of Amazon LP’s and behavioral questions. Star format is huge and don’t repeat example or answers

Question 1
Tell me about a tell you created a niche sourcing strategy to fill a role
Straight to the point. Interviewer has been with Amazon for quite sometime. It baffles me how some Recruiters get jobs at these companies. As a recruiter I could tell right off the bat the interview would end poorly based off the Recruiters tone when he joined.
