Lack of communication. DO NOT Interview for Contractor roles at Amazon unless you want to make less than $30-$40/hr. This is there Market rate for all recruiters and sources and it doesn't even matter how experienced you are. It is not worth it with them saying that this is a high level role. They don't accept negotiations, or sign on bonuses but they want you to trade in your arms and legs and hit you with a below market offer.
