Had a phone conversation with the recruiter, the client lead and then ultimately a panel of 5 interviewers for an hour each.
The interview process was VERY poorly structured where the recruiter and the client had no idea what was going on and keep emailing with different emails, instructions etc. They asked to prep only for behavioral interviews as it was a recruitment position.
10 minutes before the panel, interviewers changed and new panelists was added (no questions asked) increasing the time I had blocked off for the interview.
The panelist started by asking very very technical questions which I had no idea about and ultimately she ended up saying she has no idea what I am interviewing for!

Straight to the point. Interviewer has been with Amazon for quite sometime. It baffles me how some Recruiters get jobs at these companies. As a recruiter I could tell right off the bat the interview would end poorly based off the Recruiters tone when he joined.
