Multiple rounds, final will require a paid trip to Seattle headquarters. 12 hours later and you might not get a response altogether. I have interviewed twice here. I got the sense that those I interviewed with did not coordinate with each other.
Four separate one hour interviews that take place over the span of one day. Mix of behavioral questions and questions based around sourcing, metrics, sourcing strategies. To get hired into Amazon you must be demonstrating that you are raising the bar for the level you are interviewing for.
