      It was a long process mostly on behavioral questions but it’s such an experience that will teach about leadership principles which are taught through a prep interview tutorial that you have before the actual interview. They give you time to prepare and always follow up.

      Follow STAR Method interview prep will be given from the team. Its based on each level - L4 onwards is the managerial positions and benefits.Prepare in Advance: Review common behavioral interview questions and think of examples from your past experiences that demonstrate relevant skills and qualities. Be Specific: Provide detailed and specific examples for each part of the STAR method. Use real-life situations from your work, school, or volunteer experiences. Focus on Your Actions: While it's important to provide context for the situation, make sure the bulk of your answer focuses on what you did and how you contributed to the outcome. Highlight Results: Emphasize the positive results or outcomes of your actions. If possible, quantify your achievements with numbers or percentages. Practice: Practice using the STAR method with a friend, family member, or career counselor. The more you practice, the more confident you'll become in using this technique during your interviews. Listen Carefully: During the interview, listen carefully to the questions and make sure your responses directly address what the interviewer is asking. Be Concise: While you want to provide enough detail to fully answer the question, try to keep your responses concise and focused.
