Its based on each level - L4 onwards is the managerial positions and benefits.Prepare in Advance: Review common behavioral interview questions and think of examples from your past experiences that demonstrate relevant skills and qualities.
Be Specific: Provide detailed and specific examples for each part of the STAR method. Use real-life situations from your work, school, or volunteer experiences.

Interview
It was a long process mostly on behavioral questions but it’s such an experience that will teach about leadership principles which are taught through a prep interview tutorial that you have before the actual interview.
