Interview
For an entry level position (non-union) it is mostly a behavioral interview. They don't ask very many technical questions, there was really only one. There were 3 people in the interview and they take turns asking you questions off whatever pre-defined questions HR made up for them. It was about an hour long. It took HR over a month to get a hold of me after that, which apparently is pretty standard in asking other new employees.
