Interview
The only bad thing was that the process as a whole was slow moving although the interviews themselves were good. Almost everything was done over phone or in person rather than just through email which makes them more personable.

There was a phone screening where they asked some basic question regarding education and a few basic Share style interview questions. A week later there was a follow up in person interview with a panel of two representatives. They asked some technical questions but mainly situational questions.
