I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ameren (Decatur, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online. Then I was called by a recruiter 1 week later for phone interview. I was scheduled to take tests, (passed them). Invited for a face to face interview with 3 people in 1 room for the following day. It was very intimidating. I was told I would get a phone call by a certain date and they looked forward to seeing me again. I DID NOT get a phone call with a job offer. I did however get an email stating that I was not selected for the position 2 weeks after the interview.

Interview
Applied online. Contact a few days later to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview at the later date was about 30mins it went well the recruiter seems very interested in me and said I was what they were looking for and scheduled me for testing. I took the test, which was a 3hrs 3part exam and passed. Then asked back for a panel interview. This was prior to Christmas so I haven’t heard back yet but when I followed up the recruiter she said she was waiting to hear back as well so I’m still in high hopes that I’ll get the job!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ameren (Pawnee, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview went by pretty fast. The only thing I wasn't happy about was I was the last person of the day and it felt like they really didn't want to be there. I tried to ask questions at the end, but only got one word responses in return. The interview was very professional and formal.
