It was a very traditional interview. I was a bit nervous because I had been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 16 years and they made me feel at ease. The four people that I interviewed with were very professional and also very laid back so I felt like I'd be a great match for this company.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Requested an afternoon time but we settled for 12 pm. I canceled a previous meeting and made time to briefly chat. Recruiter then sent me an incorrect calendar invite. He then, after confirming the previous time expressed in the email, failed to show up for the call. Never responded to follow up.
