Not intimidating, the employer was very much focused on making sure you are comfortable. I was able to answer the question within my own time frame and there was no rush to it.
Two interviews; very smooth and streamlined process. Honest and transparent answers. Usually a two-week gap in between interviews, and not too long of a wait in a final decision either.
