What qualities could you bring to the organization?
I had a preliminary interview with the VISTA Leader and then I had a follow-up interview with the site supervisor for a VISTA role I applied for. She gave an overview of the role, responsibilities, and goals for the office I'd be working for. Then she asked several questions that were more centric towards past experience and how that correlates to the position.

Received a call two days after I sent tha application. Did a phone interview, interview was about 10- 15 minutes. The supervisor offered me the job on the spot and I was to start immediately.
