I interviewed at AmeriCorps (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2024
Interview
I interviewed for Gardeneer's. The interview was with 2 people. They asked me questions about my cultural competency, they asked scenario-based questions in interacting with other humans, and to tell them about myself.
It consisted of a single round but I interviewed. with multiple organizations with one of them selecting me. Questions were reasonable and similar across organizations. Overall it was a decent experience.
I had an interview with the service coordinator who approved me to move on to the next step. I submitted my resume to the site I had interest in and then interviewed with the sites that I matched with. Ended up receiving one offer.
