After I applied for the position of Customer Relations Representative I was contacted right away. Set up initial interview with Regional Manager. Then had a phone interview with Sales Manager to role play. I was the employee and Sales Manager was the customer. Was then asked to fill out an official application.

I interviewed at AmeriGas (Rocklin, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Just a quick phone interview. Then they send you to training, and that's where the weeding out happens. My training group started with 20 and ended with 9. The interview doesn't mention that you will be training on three separate lines of business at the same time.
Smooth and easy. Informative and laid back. The company really needed timeline to fill the role and I was available. The interview took place in the home office and was just myself and the district manager.
The interview process went very smoothly. I was called in under a week and given the interview and was offered the job on the spot by the manager. I would say it was one of the easiest interviews I have had.
