The first interview was a 15 minute phone interview with one person, the second round was a two hour zoom call with various members of the team. Overall everyone was very kind and encouraging and asked good questions. They were also very transparent about salary/benefits/etc. The one negative part of the experience was that after two rounds of interviews, I never got any sort of follow up response.
