Take home project (build a react app with these parameters...). They suggested I complete it within the week and only spend 4 hours actually developing it. After submitting that I received a long email with several questions to answer about my decisions and thought process while developing. I greatly appreciated the email format of this so I had time to think on my answers. Panel style interview to discuss the team, projects, go into detail about my experience, and the take home project. HR interview at the end to talk about the company and myself in more general terms and ask any remaining questions. I received a very good offer but declined it to take a job that wasn't remote.
