America's Test Kitchen Production Coordinator interview questions

My phone interview went well and ended on a positive note. I was told I could expect to hear back on next steps within the week. When I did not hear back over the next week, I followed up via email. My email went unanswered and so I called the woman who interviewed me. I figured following up via phone would get me somewhere, but my phone message went unanswered as well. It was a great disappointment never hearing back from ATK. Whatever the reason for the disinterest doesn't matter. A follow up email or phone call should be commonplace. ATK does not respect the interview process and made a terrible impression upon me.
