Timely interviews but no response until I chased them down. I was never told why my qualifications did not meet their needs or anything that would constitute good communication by a company advocating for and supporting behavioral health disorders such as addiction and employing many recovering addicts was surprisingly cruel. NOT reflective of an upstanding company in any capacity but especially this industry. Hazelden and other leaders in substance use disorder treatment industries are timely AND respectful. And to "ghost" applicants when saying the opposite, is indicative of a poor quality work environment overall.
