American Addiction Centers was founded in 2007 and became the first publicly traded addiction treatment provider in the United States in 2014. We offer programs in California, Florida, Texas, Nevada, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. American Addiction Centers uses evidenced-based treatment to help individuals struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. Our team consists of highly trained addiction professionals including physicians, registered nurses, licensed marriage and family therapists, social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
