I was initially contacted by a third-party recruitment consultant, who shared details about the opportunity and conducted a preliminary screening to assess my experience and fit for the role. Following the successful screening, I had a conversation with the company's HR representative to discuss my background, the role, and the hiring process. After the HR discussion, my interview with the hiring team was scheduled. After completing the interview, there has been no further communication from the company regarding the outcome or next steps.
