      Business Analysis Sr Analyst Interview

      Jul 25, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2026

      Interview

The process took about eight weeks from the initial interview to receiving the offer letter. The first interview was a three-person virtual panel, followed by an on-campus interview that included a business case analysis I had to present after being given the topic. The final interview was a two-person virtual meeting with two managing directors. All the interviewers were very pleasant and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable. There were a few standard STAR questions, but it was mostly just a conversation.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2021

      Interview

I had two 30-minute interviews - one directly with the hiring manager and one with their boss. They were a mix of behavioral and light case studies. They wanted to know my work history and why American? A few weeks past in between each interview. The recruiter was transparent in the interview process.

      Question 1

Work history, why American, what do you know about American, and some business cases related to my job
