I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online early January 2017. 3-4 weeks later I did a video interview (5 or 6 questions, all of which I found on this website/forum). 3 weeks after that I was invited to a face to face interview. Called and set up a date for the f2f for 6 days later. We sat at tables of 8, there were about 40 of us there. We did a writing exercise, a group interview, slide show, and then some people were called out for an additional one on one interview/drug test/fingerprinting. Best advice is to be positive, engage with other candidates, have fun, and BE YOURSELF.
