I applied online. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
The Video Interview was pretty standard, look good and answer the questions they ask- do not talk about anything, but the answer to their question.
F2F Interview in Dallas was different than my F2F with Delta. AA is quicker during their interviews. You get to the room and sign in and hand them updated resume and references if you have them. Then you fill out an easy piece of paper and then they tell you about American. After that you are taken into a room with an HR employee and FA with 7 other interviewees and asked 3 questions.
After that you are taken back into the room and wait to be "walked out" or given a one to one interview with a recruiter. They call you out one by one.
