I've gone through the process a few times and each time I learned something different that I could have done better. Not receiving an offer does not mean you are not perfect for the job. It just means that there were some key things that you did not hit on.
For example, I ALWAYS get passed the video interview. The key to that is SMILE before the timer starts. You want the recoding to already catch you smiling (learned that in acting class when doing video auditions) secondly look at the camera. Thirdly be PREPARED. Already have your examples known. Even if you have to write them down.
I'm up fo another interview soon so I'll come back and update to see if everything else I've learned landed me the job this time! Chow!!!!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
