I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines in Dec 2017
Interview
My timeline:
11.6.17 applied
11.7.17 completed assessment
11.30.17 Video Interview invite
12.3.17 VI submitted
12.11.17 F2F invite
I received the assessment right away. It’s basically a personality test with some behavioral questions. Then, I got an email invite for the VI. I had 5 days to complete it. It was very intimidating with the timer on the screen, but they give you 60 seconds to think about your answer before you record it. An automated male voice tells you exactly what will take place before the interview starts. He will read the question twice before giving you 60 seconds to think. SMILE the whole time he reads the question, and SMILE while you are answering. He asked 6 questions and you have 3 minutes to answer each question.
