Today, I took the video interview. I wayyy over studied and was so nervous, basically for no reason. Not only do they give you 30 seconds to give your answer, without recording, btw! I never knew that. But the questions are basic, get to know you questions. Nothing about the star method, or in depth questions. I watched YouTube videos, a lot of them, and they all made it seem like it was going to be soooooo much, and the true answer, is, no, not at all. Just be yourself, of course, smile, and do dress the part, have notes, if u feel u need them, because, like I stated, u have 30 seconds without being recorded and then u have the button to push record when u are ready and comfortable to answer. I'm sure the f2f interview is much harder, which I've read it's easier, but, if it's easier than the video, geez, u will do great! Because, the video interview was a breeze, not difficult at all, and they make it very comfortable and give u time to think, versus on f2f u are staring at a person.
