I recently reapplied to American Airlines for their flight attendant position on 1/24/18. Last time I applied it took 2 months and 3 days to receive a VI, but by that time I had already accepted another job in Italy working as a nanny so I just didn't bother going through with it since I had already accepted the job in Italy. I also called the talent recruitment center yesterday because unlike the first time I applied I didn't receive an assessment, but I guess if you've already taken it within the sixth month period they'll just use your results from the first time. Also I did ask the girl if she would happen to know when I would hear anything back in regards to when I would receive a VI since I already took my assessment and passed it the first time and she did say I should receive the VI sometime next week...but I don't know how true that is, but I will just keep my fingers crossed and hope I get one soon!!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
