1) apply online
2) video interview
-why aa?
-tell us about a time you received great customer experience
-are you excited to move to a new city?
-can uphold to the uniform standards?
-I can not remember one of them
3) group interview
-they pay for your flight to dallas
-separate you into random groups for an activity
-different groups, which seem to be preplanned, for an interview
-why do you want to be an aa flight attendant?
-tell us about a difficult customer
-each person draws a random card with a different question on it
(who would you want to sit w on a long flight, what are the qualities of a flight attendant, tell us about your last travel experience, etc)
-come back to the whole group and you get to ask questions, but they tell you that you can ask more in your one on one, but not everyone gets a one on one like they say
-i believe in the one on one they do a reach test and things like that, once you get to the one on one youre pretty much offered the job
-if you get walked to the door on your "one on one" you didn't get the job (sorry might as well be honest)
-everyone who you see at the bus after didn't get the job as well, people who were offered get taken somewhere separately
I made a lot of great friends through out the process though, we started a group message and kept in touch. AA said they were going to email us within 2 weeks about next steps, but we all checked our online application that said "not selected" within the first week. Which we all already knew, but it was frustrating that we didn't get this apparent " email".
