Interview
Applied for FA Position - 9/8/2018
Assessment Received / Completed - 9/9/2018
Video Interview Invitation - 9/23/2018
Currently waiting to hear back about my Video Interview I submitted this morning (9/24/2018). In the past month, I have done Video Interviews for Delta, United and Jet Blue so this one was fairly easy. You just have to be yourself, dress very professional and let your personality shine through. Always answer each and every "Tell us about a time..." question in STAR format.
Once you select BEGIN on the Video Interview, you must finish all 6 questions without stopping. It will read the question for you out loud twice, then it will give you 1 minute to think about what you are going to say. After that 1 minute is over, you will have a maximum of 3 minutes to record your answer. Once the 3 minutes is up, it is automatically submitted. YOU MAY NOT RE-RECORD YOUR ANSWERS so make sure you study the questions below and know exactly what you want to say.
I was able to take pictures of every question asked during my Video Interview and I have listed them below for everyone.

Question 1
Please tell me what has attracted you to a career as an American Airlines Flight Attendant.
American Airlines has several Flight Attendant crew bases throughout the United States. What excites you about the possibility of relocating to one of these crew bases immediately following training?
Flight Attendants should present a professional image. You may not have visible tattoos, facial, multiple or upper ear piercings or extreme hair color or style. This includes tattoos that may seemingly be covered by clothing, but may be seen when clothing shifts while performing flight attendant duties. Are you able to adhere to this policy if selected?
