I applied online. My application was held in a holding pattern for a very long time after I submitted my online assessment. In early January I was sent a link to complete my Hire Vue Recorded video interview. 1 week later I was sent a time to schedule my phone interview. This to me was the most stressful as it was very generic and to the point questions that we've all tried to prepare for but you need to sound prepared but not too prepared. A flight attendant with Delta asked the phone interview questions and were very kind. All were very welcome and organized.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
