Very fast paced phone interviewed then onsite interview. I interviewed with the Lead Talent Mgr then I interviewed with her counterparts. During the second interview on panel member kept looking down at her smart watch I guess reading her text messages. When I would provide a response the other panel member would say that’s strange. It was an overall negative experience. I was kind of taken aback when I was told that I wasn’t selected for the role but in hindsight. It was for the better I feel the interview process is most accurate representation into a companies culture and my experience led me to believe the HR department is somewhat disorganized to say the least.
